Amploria Limited ("Amploria", "we") respects personal data privacy. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

1.1 What we collect

• Enquiry details you give us — your name, firm, work email address and the content of your message.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) generated when you visit the site.
• Client data — where you become a client, data you provide in connection with a service. That processing is governed by a separate written agreement with you, not by this notice.

1.2 Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and to provide services you ask for
• To operate, secure and improve this website
• To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data for advertising.

1.3 Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — for example our cloud hosting and email providers — and only to the extent needed. We may disclose data where required by law. Where a provider processes data outside Hong Kong, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a comparable standard.

1.4 Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted. Business and accounting records are kept for the period required by Hong Kong law.

This website provides information about our software products and services. It is provided for general information only.

2.2 No investment advice — no regulated activity

Amploria Limited is a software company. We are not a licensed or registered intermediary and we do not carry on any regulated activity in Hong Kong or elsewhere. Nothing on this website, and nothing produced by our software, constitutes:

• investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument;
• an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product;
• the provision of asset management, discretionary management, or portfolio management services;
• a research report prepared for the purposes of any regulated activity.

Our products are workflow automation and analytical tools for professional users. All investment decisions, suitability assessments and sign-offs remain the responsibility of your firm and its licensed professionals.

2.3 No warranty; no reliance

Information on this website is provided "as is". We take care to keep it accurate but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and you should not rely on it in making any decision. Statements about typical results and efficiency are not guarantees.

2.4 Engagement terms

Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Amploria Limited, which will set out the scope, fees, service levels, data handling, liability and governing law. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement prevails.

2.5 Intellectual property

The content, design and marks on this website belong to Amploria Limited. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation. You may not otherwise reproduce or redistribute them without our written consent.

2.6 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
