Amploria
The workbench

One workbench for the work your team repeats.

AmpliDesk is a customised AI workbench that turns your firm's research and operational workflows into automated, runnable processes — with the data sources, the calculation steps and the judgement criteria all written down and reusable.

What runs on the workbench

Data collection
Scheduled pulls from the sources you designate — licensed data vendors you already subscribe to, publicly available disclosures, and files your team uploads. Every pull is logged with its source and timestamp.
Calculation
Your indicators, computed the same way every time. Formulas are versioned and reviewable, so a change in method is visible rather than silent.
Drafting
Reports and memos drafted into your house format, with tables and figures linked back to their inputs.
Anomaly flags
Out-of-range or unexpected values surface for human review instead of being silently published.
Method capture
Your senior colleagues' checklists and criteria become workflow templates the whole team can run — auditable, and owned by the firm.
Traceability
Every number in every output can be followed back to the source document and the moment it was retrieved. Nothing has to be re-checked blind.

Editions

Editions differ by the number of workflows, connected sources and user seats, and by the level of delivery support included. All editions share the same traceability and anti-hallucination controls.

Edition A

Practitioner

For a single analyst or a small research team starting with one or two recurring routines.

Edition B

Team

For a research or operations team running several workflows across multiple sources and shared templates.

Edition C

Institutional

For firms with compliance, retention and access-control requirements, and a need for custom delivery.

Each edition includes an annual subscription with a monthly usage allowance; additional processing is metered. Pricing is quoted per engagement. Feature detail and current status are on the product site: amplidesk.ai.

Data, security and boundaries

Where data comes from

  • Your own licensed data subscriptions (we connect, you keep the licence)
  • Publicly available disclosures — exchange filings and official statistics
  • Documents your team uploads, or provides by link

We only use public data sources whose terms of use permit commercial use. Where a source's licence does not permit it, we do not use it.

Isolation

  • Each client's work runs in its own isolated environment
  • Tenant data is segregated from other clients' data
  • Access is controlled per user and per workflow

Retention

  • Business records retained for a defined period, then archived
  • Access and security logs retained separately
  • Records required by law are retained for their statutory period

What we do not do

  • We do not give investment advice or recommendations
  • We do not manage assets, hold client money, or execute trades
  • We do not sign off on anything — that stays with your licensed professionals
Important. The workbench produces information and analysis tools. It does not produce investment advice, and nothing it outputs is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Suitability, appropriateness and all final decisions remain with your firm and its licensed professionals.
